My approach

I have over ten years of experience working with couples of all ages and backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ couples. I am trained in Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT), a proven approach which has similarities to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Together, we will work to identify patterns of communication that you keep getting stuck in so that we can make positive changes to improve your relationship.

It is very important to me that both members of the couple feel heard and supported throughout our work together. I aim to provide a fresh perspective to help you get unstuck and feel connected again.

Whether you are new to a relationship, considering next steps such as marriage or children, are feeling frustrated by the status quo, or are questioning whether you want to stay together, couples therapy can provide you with the clarity you need to move forward.
